build or buy... or not

So do we build a tiny house for big bucks or buy a good size house for a little less? So hard to know what's best for the kids. Each option has its pro's and con's. Taxes, schools, room to run, pets, finances, near water, etc. No real obvious choice. Have prayed for guidance - to at least know when we stumble upon the best solution for our family. Lots of people out there who need His help for far more important reasons, though. And no matter what decision we make, we'll be happy as long as we've got each other. Guess I should stop stressing. Just wish the answer was clear!
